My name is Mark Reid, and I have proudly served my community for over 30 years. I was born in Jamaica and came to the United States in my early teenage years, raised by my hardworking grandparents and my equally hardworking mother. Adjusting to a new culture wasn’t easy, but it taught me resilience, discipline, and the value of putting in the work. After graduating high school, I attended The Pennsylvania State University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in communication and developed a strong appreciation for community and connection.

During my time at Penn State, I also became a radio personality at a local station, sharing island rhythms with listeners and building relationships through music and conversation. Professionally, I went on to spend more than 20 years in management and customer service, experiences that shaped my approach to insurance today. My focus has always been on making people feel comfortable, heard, and supported. To me, customers are family and helping families prepare for the future starts right here in the communities where we live and work.
